About Joy Delight Explore!

Joy Delight Explore was birthed by Sandie Hum when she chose to bring more fun and joy into her life simply by exploring what delights her and seeing where it takes her. She desires playmates on the journey, as when one person has fun in an area it invites others to join them or find their own source of joy. Imagine the ripples of change it can create if many people follow what delights them and it joyously affects those around them!

And still at the heart is an exploration of steps – or hops, skips or jumps if you prefer! – seeing what delights in one moment, and then in the next. Some things resonate and others don’t, and it’s still a play with ourselves and others and the universe. What might this world look like if everyone was following their joy and bliss in one form or another or in many explorations of delight?

Sandie Hum brings her wide-ranging interests together to explore with her clients and class participants from bodies to art to dolphins to energy play. No matter which modality she's facilitating in the moment, she plays with the target of Access Consciousness®: Empowering people to know that they know®. She delights in her clients’ and participants’ mining their own wisdom, awarenesses and discoveries that they didn't even realize they had and also relaxing, nurturing and transforming their bodies and being into the spaces they desire and more.

Sandie is a certified Access Consciousness® Bars Facilitator, Facelift Facilitator, Body Process Facilitator and Symphony and Abuse Hold practitioner. She is also a certified Soul Art guide in Bodymapping, a certified ARTbundance practitioner and coach and a certified Dolphin Energy Healing practitioner. She has a background in human resources and administration with a sprinkling of finance and has shamanic and acupressure training to draw upon as well, creating many spaces in which she and her clients and class participants can explore.
