Would you like to receive a free Access Bars session? We're Gennie Allshouse, Sandie Hum and Zhanna Panich in the San Francisco Bay Area and we're offering a free Access Bars Clinic on September 7th in Alameda!

Why Access Bars?

Most of us are walking around with our heads buzzing nonstop - overthinking, analyzing, wondering what others are thinking, wondering if we're doing it right...and so much more.

You are not your thoughts. They are just taking up space in that sweet head of yours.

The Access Bars helps facilitate the discharge of all that mind chatter.

When that dissipates, there is a  S P A C E  which is indescribable.

Would you like to experience it for yourself? We're offering free 15-20 minute Access Bars sessions and, depending on availability, it could be longer!

If you do experience suicidal thoughts, we invite you to come experience the Bars for yourself on September 7th. Please know it is not a substitute for professional psychological help and what might it create if you tried it? You might also like to explore the You Are Not Alone website.

The Free Bars Clinic

Access Bars can contribute to everyone--we love to have our Bars run weekly if possible! Would it contribute to you to come try it out?

You can sign up for a one hour time slot below and then we'll confirm when your 15-20 minute session will be by the evening of September 4th. If space allows you may even receive a longer session!

Alameda, CA Attractions

While you're in Alameda, before and/or after your free Access Bars session, you might like to visit some of our local attractions and eateries:

Alameda Farmer's Market  9 am - 1 pm Saturdays

Robert W. Crown State Memorial Beach (and there's a dog park nearby! Dogs aren't allowed on the beach itself but there's a paved walkway where you still have a good view of the bay and the kiteboarders & windsurfers if they're out)

Downtown Alameda eateries and shopping  and play places, including our Alameda Theatre and Cineplex, Alameda Museum and Subpar Miniature Golf  (though if you want the real deal we have that too, at Corica Park Golf Course!)

West Alameda eateries and shopping (the side of the island near the Farmer's Market, beach, Crab Cove Visitors Center, Pacific Pinball Musuem, USS Hornet Musuem, Spirits Alley and Ploughshares Nursery which supports the homeless)

And there's an Island Hopper: Alameda Point's Free Shuttle if you'd like to leave the driving to someone else :)
