This is my very first Soul Art piece that I made during my first Soul Art Day over 8 years ago. I hadn't heard anything about the day or Soul Art before that, yet it called to me so I just dove into the day & was amazed by what I created & the insights I gained. I chose collage (you get to pick what you'll use to create your Soul Art piece) since I didn't feel I had any art ability - it was so accessible & yet the process was so deep that I was hooked!
