Know when life throws you a curveball? I recently found out I had an infected tooth & the infection was eating away at my jaw. I’m sharing some of the tools I used to navigate the anxiety and turn from worst-case scenarios to creating possibilities. There's also time-sensitive resources you might like to know about. Dr. Dain Heer's Let Miracles Find You You know those nights when your anxiety’s so high and you’re so keyed up it’s hard to sleep? For the first time in a long time I had a few of those and I ran Dr. Dain Heer’s Let Miracles Find You YouTube 10-hour loop on my laptop the whole night through on low & some days too. I highly recommend this one! Using the Access Bars® for Dynamic ShiftsI also ran my own Bars, an Access Consciousness technique where you gently hold 32 points on the head and it gets rid of all the thoughts, feelings, emotions and considerations you no longer need. Normally you run it on someone else (and it’s at least 10 times more effective that way), but I ran it on myself and experienced such dynamic shifts, including letting go of issues that went back to childhood. I also ran Access Body Processes on myself & a friend ran the Bars & body processes on me, such powerfully nurturing experiences!
Playing with a Word Collage to Shift to What I Desire to Create
As you may know, your point of view creates your reality, reality doesn't create your point of view. By shifting my focus from what I didn't want to create to what I did, not only did I relax more, I started creating the magic, miracles and possibilities I so enjoy! If you’d like to play with a word collage like this yourself, you can engage with it as simply or creatively as you like. Use colored pens, pencils or crayons on paper or use your own medium like paint on canvas. You can also doodle (it doesn’t matter if anyone else recognizes what it is–your putting pen, marker or pencil to paper engages the energy and helps you become resonant with what you’d like to create). Have fun with it! Dr. Dain Heer's Get a Sense of What You Truly Desire And Dr. Dain Heer just came out with ten short guided audios to feel what you want before figuring out how to get it. In my own intuitive way, this is what I was doing by painting the energies I desired to create. I couldn't say what they would be really, just sensed them: "This!" and "This!" and "This!" and painted the colors and words on the canvas. Isn't it wonderful when the universe responds with a "Yes, that's the way, keep going"? Expanding with Daire Paddy's Chaos to Cashflow Challenge Part of what I’m opening up to now is what my blissness (what I call my business) would like to become. I joined Daire Paddy’s Chaos to Cashflow Challenge which is perfectly bite-sized (pun intended) for me as I recover from my tooth extraction. Her prompts, audio explorations and tapping in the 1st week have me realizing I’ve been my own best-kept secret from myself, LOL!  It's also thanks to her Challenge that I've emailed my list & finally posted to my blog after a couple of years. I find her brief daily audios (Mon-Fri) inspiring & getting my creative juices flowing. I can’t wait to see what else I discover and create. OK, I confess: I'm a possibilities junkie. 🤩 I just love possibilities. They intrigue me, they call to me, I love playing with them and, most recently had the sense of playing in, with and as them. Let me explain. Realms of Creation & Conversations in Consciousness I was recently on a teleseries Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer had called Realms of Creation. It was phenomenal, and in the first hour of the 3-hour teleseries, they changed the Clearing Statement - for the second time in a month. If you're not familiar with the Clearing Statement, it's a fundamental Access Consciousness tool that effects change and transformation very quickly, and that itself changes and evolves to continue to be the most effective tool possible. Which I got to experience firsthand. It's deceptively simple yet powerful and you can go to TheClearingStatement.com to learn more (though give them some time to update it to its current version!). It's actually the Clearing Statement that brought me to Access Consciousness - but that's a story for another time. I'll also include a video at the end of this post of Dr. Dain Heer facilitating someone with the Clearing Statement so you can see it in action & use it yourself. OK so I'll mention right now that I'm often all over the place which I really enjoy -- I looove extrapolation -- so if you need linearity I might drive you batty - or not, who knows? At any rate, about being in/on the creative edge of possibilities - Gary Douglas (who's the founder of Access Consciousness, by the way) recently mentioned generative possibilities in his Conversations in Consciousness series, which I highly recommend if you meet the prerequisites (be an Access facilitator of some form or have taken a Choice for Possibilities class). I asked him to say more.  One of the ways to do this is to ask, "What are the generative possibilities here?" or "What else is possible I've never considered?" And we're not looking for an answer here but awarenesses. Or, if you're a reforming logic-aholic like me, it might be invitations to awarenesses. And oh my, talk about invitations to possibilities!  The Possibilities in the Creative Edge of Consciousness Many of Gary and Dain's classes have prerequisites to join. But one of the most accessible ways to play on the creative edge with them and Simone Milasas is to join their Creative Edge of Consciousness monthly membership. It's open to everyone, no prerequisites, and there's a monthly call where you can ask your questions live (or submit in advance) and receive facilitation. There's a different topic each month with customized energetic clearings and gifted bonus snippets or sometimes even a full call as well. I can't wait for the next call on November 20th as it's the first Creative Edge call since the most recent update to the Clearing Statement. The thing with the Creative Edge of Consciousness, like all Access classes, is it's created by the facilitators with the participants. All of us contribute, whether we say a word or not - our energies are a contribution, along with our questions, voiced or not. Gary, Dain and Simone bring us up to date on whatever's up that moment in Access - which, to a possibility junkie like me, is manna. Things have been changing so quickly, there's lots to explore! And there are people in the membership who have been in Access for years, including longtime facilitators, and those who are joining for the first time. Everyone is welcome! So it's this rich, potent brew of possibilities we all stir up together, how does it get any better than that? Another question I loooove asking is, What are the infinite, magical, joyous, miraculous, generative possibilities now? Or WATIMJMGPN? for short. And what else would be fun for you to play with?
